Axel Pauly `Lieserer Niederberg-Helden` Mosel, Germany is a charming and lively Off-Dry White Still Riesling, crafted from grapes grown on steeply sloping, grey and blue slate soils. Hand-picked fruit undergoes a 10-hour maceration before spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with natural yeasts. This delicate wine reveals enticing aromas of sweet honey melon, ripe apple, peach, and pineapple, leading to a fresh and vibrant palate with a beautiful balance of sweetness and refreshing acidity. It pairs wonderfully with spicy food, poultry, or mild cheeses. This wine is not certified natural, vegan, or vegetarian.

The grapes were hand-picked and sorted before they underwent a period of maceration for 10 hours. Fermentation occurred spontaneously in stainless-steel tanks with natural yeasts.
