Álvar de Dios's `Tio Uco` from Vino de la Tierra de Castilla Y León, Spain, is a captivating still red wine that beautifully blends Tempranillo and Garnacha. This dry wine undergoes whole bunch fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, followed by 6-8 months ageing in oak foudres, contributing to its elegant structure. It offers a vibrant nose of red fruits, complemented by complex balsamic and spice nuances, leading to a well-rounded palate of juicy red fruits balanced by excellent acidity. Certified organic, vegan, and vegetarian, this versatile wine pairs wonderfully with roasted meats or mature cheeses.

Once hand harvested and transported to the winery, the grapes underwent whole bunch fermentation using indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats. The wine was then aged in oak foudres for 6-8 months.
This vibrant red wine offers a nose full of juicy red fruits, complemented by complex balsamic and spice nuances. The palate is well-rounded, showcasing bright red fruit flavours balanced by excellent acidity.
Serve at 16-18°C; decant for 30 minutes to allow its vibrant red fruit aromas to open up.
