It presents a lively ruby red colour, boasting aromas of fresh plum, black pepper, and eucalyptus. The palate is juicy and fresh, with fine acidity and balanced tannins, making it an elegant expression of Malbec. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with grilled beef, lamb, or rich pasta dishes.
75.0CL , 13.5% ABV
The 100% organic Malbec grapes were harvested by hand. Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at 24°C for ten days with 5% of the fruit remaining whole cluster. Only indigenous yeast was used to enhance the expression of the vineyard. Extraction was minimized to preserve the delicate aromatics. The wine was aged for nine months in concrete vats with zero oak influence.
This organic Malbec offers a vibrant ruby red hue with a fresh, fruity, and elegant profile. Expect enticing aromas of ripe plum, a hint of black pepper, and a touch of eucalyptus, leading to a juicy palate with fine acidity and balanced tannins.
